UK Solidification workshop

The UK Solidification Workshop 2022 aims to provide a networking platform for the UK solidification community, building on the foundations of a successful series of previous workshops, open-days and academic conferences hosted by the LiME Hub. Transportation Requirements to Move to Net Zero 2050

We held a series of road mapping workshops to produce a circular economy transport roadmap. The CENTS team will use this roadmap to outline transportation requirements needed to move to Net Zero 2050. Everyone will also work together during the workshop to address various topics such as shared transport and how to bend the linear economy circular.

Sustainable Design and Manufacturing

SDM-2022 will consist of keynote talks, oral presentations, invited sessions and workshops. It will cover the theory and applications of sustainable design and manufacturing, and related areas, whilst providing an excellent platform for the presentation and discussion of new data and concepts, leading to knowledge exchange and the generation of new ideas. The conference proceedings will be published by Springer as book chapters in a volume of the KES Smart Innovation Systems and Technologies series, submitted for indexing in Scopus and Thomson-Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) and the Web of Science.

Materials Research Exchange

Materials Research Exchange (MRE) 2022 will be taking place 3rd – 5th October 2022 and will be delivered as face to face with potential virtual add-on for selected seminars.
